Cant Login or Auto Register not working

whenever i try to make an acc with AUTO register... it ends up saying that this is not a registered ID and its supposed to be...... AUTO REGISTER

so can u please fix this as soon as possible i really wanna play >.<


HOWEVER sometimes when i log in it WORKS but when i make my char.......... and push the create/ok button, its not there so then i close monkey story and re click, then i used the EXACT SAME ACCOUNT that i logged in with but it said...... That its not a registered ID >.<

so help if u can
